Application reference
1. CM5339 is a secondary dispersion, and color paste can be directly added during paint production;
2. CM5339 can be used in conjunction with HDI curing agents from most manufacturers such as Wanhua;
3. The paint film prepared with CM5339 can self dry at room temperature or be baked at low temperature, and the recommended baking temperature should not exceed 80 ℃;
4. Recommended solvents: DB,DPNB,DPM

Reference formula and instructions for water-based white hydroxy acrylic topcoat
1. No anti rust pigment filler, base material; Tinplate/cold-rolled sheet; After drying for 2 days and baking at 80 ℃ for 3 hours, various indicators were tested.
Process description: 1. Put 1-7 into the dispersing cylinder in order, stir at high speed, and disperse evenly.
2. Grind the above materials with a sand mill and control the speed and temperature. The temperature should not exceed 50 degrees Celsius. Grind to a fineness of less than 20 microns before proceeding to the paint mixing process.
3. The paint mixing process involves adding 8-12 in sequence and stirring evenly, adding 13 to adjust viscosity, then adding 14 and stirring evenly, and finally packaging.
